Three Amigos Remodeling LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

By contacting, hiring, or engaging with Three Amigos Remodeling LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Three Amigos Remodeling LLC provides residential and commercial remodeling services including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, exterior work, and general contracting in the Kansas City area and surrounding regions.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen conditions, changes in scope of work, or material cost fluctuations. Any changes to the original scope of work will be documented in a written change order and require your approval before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work begins, as outlined in your project contract

Progress payments may be required at milestones defined in your contract

Final payment is due upon project completion

Overdue payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month

We accept payment via check, bank transfer, or credit card

5. Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permit approvals, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate promptly about any delays.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about the project scope and property conditions

Ensure access to the work area during agreed-upon working hours

Obtain any necessary homeowner association approvals before work begins

Secure or remove valuables from the work area

Notify us promptly of any concerns during the project

7. Permits and Compliance

Three Amigos Remodeling LLC will obtain necessary building permits for work that requires them. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. All work will be performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.

8. Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in installation and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Amigos Remodeling LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Kansas City, Missouri, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees.

11. SMS and Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Three Amigos Remodeling LLC for purposes including appointment scheduling, project updates, estimates, and promotional communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

12. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your project agreement. If work has already begun, you will be responsible for payment for work completed to date plus any materials purchased for your project.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
